Yes, but there's a way around it! If you're using Firefox, go to the
VIEW menu, select CHARACTER ENCODING and change it from Western to
Unicode (or Unicode to Western, as the case may be). In Internet
Explorer it's pretty much the same: VIEW menu, select ENCODING, and
swap from Western European to Unicode, or Unicode to Westen European.
