Same here.
I am interested in the languages that are components of
our modern English, and keen to learn the similarities and differences in Old
Norse, the dialects of the Angeln and other related peoples who have over
the centuries built our language into what it is today, one of the most well
known in the world.
Only by learning these old languages will we learn how
things evolved.
Regards
Albert
