Another time Gissur named witnesses for himself and announced a lawsuit
against Gunnar Hamundarson concerning that when

and Gunnar should go abroad and Kolskegg and be away three years. But if
Gunnar would
eigi utan og mætti hann komast þá skyldi hann dræpur fyrir frændum hins
vegna.
