Not produced in Iceland, at least. Icelanders (and most foreign
academics, as well) generally don't concern themselves with
reconstrued medieval pronounciation, we just pronounce OI as if
it were modern. That way we can all understand it equally well.
To us, the RMP just sounds like a really odd (and a bit silly)
accent. It is a bit like quoting Shakespeare using reconstrued
16th century English pronounciation - it sounds quite odd to most
people, I dare say.
