Thank you very much ! It's really helpful !

I think you have guessed why I need to learn a few of old norse ? I'm an
heroic fantasy author, and I refer to to the mythology.

But the story its totally different (no creation of the 9 worlds with the
corpse of Ymir, no Walkyries, no Nibelungen ring, no Ragnarök...). It has
already been written, so I won't change it.

I could have used german, instead, but the name of the deity are different,
so I choosed old norse. Now, I have what I need, but I have time: I'll need
old norse only in the fourth book (just finished the first), not before. So
if I'm able to put some sentences, instead of a few words, it would be even
better.

So I guess i'll check your links (but not the german, I can't read it), and
try to learn enough to put some correct sentences in my books ^^ !

By the way, for now, I used this site:
http://has55.www9.50megs.com/OldIcel/Internet_Resources_For_Learning_Old_Norse.html

Maybe you already know it, but I'd like to know what you think of it, if
it's good or not.I've almost only used the old norse - english dictionary
for now, but I've checked a little the lessons, too (Old Norse For Beginners
- main web site: http://www.hi.is/%7Ehaukurth/norse/ ). But since I don't
speak old norse everyday, I don't if its content is good or not.

Also used the http://www.utexas.edu/cola/centers/lrc/eieol/norol-BF-X.html
page, to complete the other ;) . Maybe with the 2 other sites you game the
links, I'll find all the vocabulary I want :D !

Thanks again !
