herr points to hundred or more men.
A lot of men I reckon. Used similiar to adjective.
Her is most often translated  to army.
Like "drótt" are 20. "fylki" are 50...

One part of word's meaning comes from corresponding
context. That means different context diffrent meaning.

I´m giant in a land of dwarfs but I´m dwarf in a Land of giants.

I measure 183 cm.
