I would also like to use this message group to make sure any wording I do use is correct, when I attempt to put some ON words together that is, I will post them (though I havent come up with much yet besides the words you have mentioned in the pdf file). Hi,

Translating Old Norse to English can be daunting, but for starters
you might want to download Ross Arthur's ENGLISH-OLD NORSE
DICTIONARY at www.yorku.ca/inpar/language/English-Old_Norse.pdf. His
dictionary is not as comprehensive as it could be, but if you use
its search box you will find words for "warrior" and "war-force."

Others in this group know far more about Norse than I and probably
will give you more specific help than I can.
