You are awesome. Just a question to you.
You stated:
ok leigir sér herbergi.
and rented a place in a warburg.
A "herbergi" is just a lodging, or a room in an inn.
What is the etymology of herbergi?
Her can mean war or army, berg meaning place of dwelling, remember
the baurg, bua argument? So herberg would literally mean a place
where a army lives/dwells or a barracks according our modern
terminology.
