cheers for the help mate. Did the presentation already though! Talked about the development from the elder to the younger futhark and the regional variations that developed with the new futhark. Went on a bit about Wulfillas silver bible and the relationship of gothic to the runes. Did some stuff on the religious aspect of the introduction of the latin alphabet and to what extent there was a medieval revival of runic inscription on manuscript about the time of Snorri writing down the sagas. Didnt seem to do to badly, though have not got a mark back yet.

Site has been really useful, especially when we were reading Hrafenkells saga in scandinavian lit. Got lots of ideas to say in clas to impress!!!!!
