I don't know; I don't have that program at hand
nor do I know it well. I assume, though, that it
has this capability since even the lowly Notepad does.

When I receive a letter encoded with UTF-8 I usually
open a browser for viewing it - for instance in Netscape 7
I can do View -> Character Coding -> More -> UTF-8.
