Keep looking, as I just bought a copy of Zoega's Concise Old Icelandic Dictionary for under $100.  There were a few (3 maybe 4) other copies at various prices.  Happy Hunting.  :D

Not any more they don't.  Someone snatched them up, it seems.  You didn't
do too badly, according to that site now.

(I didn't know about that site.  Very neat.)

Speaking of books, one of the searches I just did ran in to "Old
Icelandic: An Introductory Course" by Sigrid Valfels, published by Oxford
University in 1981.  Has anyone seen this, and would you say it's a useful
book or not?
