Updates

* Lesson 1 converted to the same format as lesson 2.
* Site more Lynx friendly.
* Lessons now open in separate windows rather than
inside the frame.

I'm afraid this current batch of update activity
is coming to an end as I study for a calculus exam
I'm attending in a week.
