Sorry, I was distracted by the general question of where the group is going,
and whether it's going anywhere.

Much depends on what knowledge is available in the group. The languages are
very similar, though spelling and pronunciation have changed. And of course
there's all kinds of new vocabulary, for things that simply didn't exist
1000 years ago.

I certainly don't have a problem with questions about modern Icelandic here.
But I don't have any answers for them, either.
