I looked at the last sheet and was able to make out
the line:

þanz hyniR adi æn vear hvRian vl sclo drca o,ldcate,giS eid hoemiemt.

(the last woord was hard to read, because it is in the shadow)

I don't know if I got everything right, because some letters were very
hard to make out. But in normalized Old Norse, it ought to be something
like this:

"þannz Hymir átti, en véar hverian vel skolo drekka o,lðr at Ægis eit
ho,rmeitið."

saying something like:

/the one that Hymir owned, and all the Gods shall drink well, beer at Ægi's
every winter/

There obviously is a big difference between Old Norse the way you find it
in the manuscripts
and the "normalized" variety. In the manuscript, for example, it looks like
"Ægir" has
been written with a "hooked-e", i.e. an "e" with a "hook" underneath it,
just like the
ones you find underneath the more well known "hooked-o".

Anyway, thanks for the pictures. Maybe they are easier to read in the book
you scanned; And perhaps still easier if you were to take a look at the Ms
itself?
