This is standard practice for German and
Scandinavian. Not as standard, but understandable,
for Icelandic.

Are you using "ol" to represent "ó"?

I have never seen "dh" used for "þ" but
I don't care whatever funny little scheme
you come up with. As long as you explain
it beforehand you are welcome to send in
your solutions that way.
