We finally have the new "Chapter One" ready in a presentable form.
It's huge (34 pages, nearly 9000 words!), but that's also because it
contains the introduction to the course. Later chapters will probably
average at about 5000 words. I saved the file in .rtf format too,
which should be helpful to many here :) Now I'm going back to working
on chapter 2 (verbs)...
