Dear Ravi,

Since you are not disputing Pāvāṇar's mentioning of the rule
where Tolkappiyar forbids Tamil words beginning with "ச"
does it settle the matter that the rule exists?

I am deliberately not getting into the Sanskrit and Vedas
and Brahmins or not in Tolkappiyar just yet. Let us resolve
this issue first.
