I just tried IE 10 on Windows 7 - Yahoo's even worse there than Firefox on Ubuntu Precise Pangolin!  Perhaps not everything is Microsoft's fault.

Not easy, but perhaps not impossible.  It wouldn't surprise me if foreigner's preserved a 'purer' form of a language.  I've a strange recollection of someone mentioning that the vedas were preserved better in southern India.
