"Neo" format (was Is Basque IE?)

The string "in cybalist XXX@... wrote:"is what I liked more in "PALEO"
format. It usually came in the language of the poster, so you could see
at least one sentence in foreign (or vernacular) language.
This change in Yahoo! Groups is not for us.
