In Theogony, Hesiodus call Poseidon
"the earth-holder" (Gaie:okhos), "who shakes the earth" (Ennosigaios). Could one of these two epithet be the Pre-Greek meaning of Poseidon (Poseidahon, Potidahon, Posoidahon)?
