No, it just means 'writes'. In Russian, by the way, there is no real
ambiguity. The infinitive of 'write' and 'piss' is spelt the same
(_pisat'_), but the stress is on the second syllable of the former and
the first syllable of the latter (likewise in the past tense, _pisál_
'he wrote' vs. _písal_ 'he pissed'). The Russian 3sg of the present (as
used above by my Polish version of Thunderbird) is, respectively,
_pís^et_ and _písaet_, both with initial stress.
