There's the same shift in Latin texo: - Greek tekton, isn't there? Or *urtko- > *urcco- > *urcus? And how about Greek Arkas (Arkadia's eponym)? Dialectal *arkad- ?

How does this match a Satem language? *urxus reflects -tk'- > -tsk'- > -kts-, unless I've missed something in the Latin simplification of consonant clusters.
