Thinking it better, for Basque aho 'mouth' and Catalan avenc < *ab-enko a link to NEC *h\omGGwi (~ -e) 'throat, mouth' and Yeniseian *Xowe 'mouth' would be preferrably.

The latter VC root is also found in Burushaski *d`ód`ó 'throat' and non-std Basque tutu, tuta, with various meanings such as 'horn, bugle', 'feeding bottle', 'vulva', 'anus'.
