Matasovic and de Vaan

Dear oalexandre, thanks for your uploadings but they are hardly readible and thus little useful.

I know that something is better than nothing but I think regular pdf versions would be much more expected. Unfortunately, the place for files in cybalist is almost full, and the dictionaries are rather large. There is a solution of this problem, even if not very comfortable.

http://chomikuj.pl/grzegorj/Dokumenty/Lingwistyka/ is my private file storage. For all those stupid copyright reasons it is protected with a password (Why can I go to a library and read a book without paying a cent, but I cannot read it through the Internet? Is it logical in any sense?). I do not publish the files, they are available only for the people I know. The password needed to enter the folder is lingwistyka.

While inside, you may click the appropriate folder on the left, or enter a new address in your browser. Here is the list of things inside that may be interesting for IEanists:

A pdf version of de Vaan's in http://chomikuj.pl/grzegorj/Dokumenty/Lingwistyka/Nostratyckie/Indoeuropejskie/Italskie

A pdf version of Matasovic's in http://chomikuj.pl/grzegorj/Dokumenty/Lingwistyka/Nostratyckie/Indoeuropejskie/Celtyckie

The Dolgopolsky's Nostratic Dictionary in http://chomikuj.pl/grzegorj/Dokumenty/Lingwistyka/Nostratyckie/_Dolgopolski+-+Nostratic+dictionary (this one is also freely available elsewhere on the Net)

Five Barrack's articles AGAINST the glottalic theory in http://chomikuj.pl/grzegorj/Dokumenty/Lingwistyka/Nostratyckie/Indoeuropejskie (btw., I can fully agree with Barrack in this respect).

More books and articles soon, just check it, and feel free to read them like in a paper library.

There is however one SERIOUS obstacle. I know it and I am really sorry for it but I see no solution. Namely, if you want to read (or download) a file from chomikuj.pl which is more than 1 MB, you must register (in Polish) and you must pay for it (a quite small fee in zlotys = Polish currency). Files up to 1 MB are free of charge. So, if anybody here knows a better way to make the files available for people interested in linguistics, just let me know. I have no premium accounts on Rapidshare or similar servers, and there is no sense in uploading files on a free account where they will be cancelled in 1 month. I think I need a place with really much place where I could store the files which should be:
- easy to upload and download,
- free of charge,
- of any size (a file of 100 or 200 MB in size should fit to the server),
- protected and available only for friends (read: protected with a password).
Just give me an idea, and I can upload them.

I think that a place for uploading interesting files, without this stupid and palaeolithic 100 MB limit, and without paying in zlotys, would be really valuable. Any ideas?
