Not in my analysis.
It's *kl-aNt(-s)-, with 'a/u ablaut' from the nasal a (aN).
Non-standard, of course.

Sw klantig "clumsy",
Da kluns "rags", "Klamotten"
Da klunser "rag picker"
Da klunker pl. "tassels; testicles"

So German Klotz loses the nasalisation.
