Including the basics already in:

The ex. with * d*oxW+ 'give' might include:

* wedH+d*oxWn.ó+ > * wedHd*-xW-n.ó+ 'wedding gift'
>
OE wituma 'dowry'
etc.

if xW>w>u, but it's hard to tell since x() > _ > u (filled in by the unmarked V) was opt. between syl. in Gmc.

The ex. with dual * +xW / +w in nouns might seem to include dual * +wè in verbs, but it was actually * xW-wè < xW-mà , a completely analogical and recent form. This underwent analogy in most, but might survive as -iva in some Skt. forms, with later analogy also.

The xW < w could later undergo all such changes for xW as I've discussed before, such as:

* mYHaN-wó+ > mYHaN-xWó+ > mYHaÑ-XWó+ > mYHaq-qWó+
>
OIr macc 'boy/son'
etc.

Though both:

* mYHN-kó+ \ mYHeN-kó+ \ mYHaN-kó+ \ mYHn.-kó+ \ mYHen.-kó+ < mYHen.-kó+;

and

* mYHN-wó+ \ mYHeN-wó+ \ mYHaN-wó+ \ mYHn.-wó+ \ mYHen.-wó+ < mYHen.-Ló+;

existed in PIE, this is not ev. of opt. L > k , just 2 affixes of sim. meaning > dim.

However, the changes in:

* Laywó+ \ Liywó+ = low / down > bent down > left hand / left(-handed)
\
* s.kaywó+ \ s.kiywó+

are from a reg. change of s.L > s.k after opt. * Laywó+ \ Liywó+ > * s.Laywó+ \ s.Liywó+ by contamination from * s.ewyó+ = left.
