I've just seen them as a name on ancient peoples. One of the maps mentioned tribes from Herodotus but I don't recall seeing them there. Well, I'll Google and see what i get

Somewhere in that mix, perhaps earlier were the Cynomolgi, "The Bitch Milkers" --if my non-study of Greek is correct. Is there anything concrete on these people.
