Some bilabial dissimilations occurred in Latin, I dont know if they're related: formica "ant" < *mormica <*morwi-ka cf. myrmex, vamra; formido: "fear" < *mormido:n- cf. night/mare

We also have <fodio:> and <fi:do:>, both from *bH...dH- roots.
