These, I suppose, would refer mostly to the dukes of Pomerania so named
(= <S'wie,topel/k> in the Polish tradition). The two Svatopluks of
Moravia also have <en> or <an> in Frankish, Latin and Greek versions of
their name (not to mention Slavic sources).
