Theres not only Zacharie Mayani to sustain this idea, you can find also other authors, that I think must be taken in consideration because their ideas are very strong based in facts!

"Thot spoke in Albanian/thot parlava albanese" from the italian historian Giuseppe Catapano.

"The Language of Gods" from an Albanian/Arvanites of Greece Aristidh Kolias.

"Etrusco lingua viva" from Nermin Falaschi (she translate the Etruscan language using Albanian and the material of the web site that I post before belongs to her)

"Enigma" from french Robert D'Angely.

"Albanie ou l'incroyable odyssée d'un peuple préhellénique" from the french Mathieu Aref.

"Etruscans begin to Speak" from the Zacharie Mayani.

"Le origini albanesi della Sardegna/ the lbanian origins of the Sardinia" from the italian historian and dialect expert Alberto Areddu. (you can find his web site in italian languge here: http://web.tiscali.it/sardoillirica/sardoillirica/ )

See Younger's page on Linear A --linked to the Wikipedia article on Linear A.Younger found a couple of words that could be linked to either IE or Semitic: Asasara (a Goddess name) and kuro "total". But other than that, I don't think there is mucho else. What specific data does she give linking Luwian and L-A?Regarding Etruscan and IE --it's possible but it's not the mainstream view. The Etruscan-Albanian idea was laughed off the planet when Mayani's book came out.
