Yes, "you guys" is Northern, i.e. NY, Midwest and West. It's not Southern --except for people who have moved in from elsewhere.

I don't know how wide spread you'se is. I've heard it in upstate New York, along with "youses" and "youse guys".
I've heard that you'se is found in Scotland and Ireland.
Andrew can tell us what is common in Canada.
