Your message is tagged as iso-8859-1, the UTF-8 bytes are preserved
and Firefox seems to successfully detect the message as being in
UTF-8, and so displays the page correctly. I thinl a change of
interpretation occurs - the characters started to display as the usual
pairs for Latin-1 block characters in UTF-8 misinterpreted as Latin-1,
but then the page was rewritten.

I suggest we take this discussion to cybalist-admin though - it
distracts from the topic of the list.
