You might confess your ignorance of Kuhn's ideas too, while you're in
the confessing mood. If nothing else, the title 'Ein zweites
Alteuropa' of one of the articles by Kuhn I've uploaded to the files
section should have told you that they include a substrate language
not identical to Krahe's Alteuropäisch. If you want to rectify that,
you might want to read Kuhn's review of Krahe's 'Unsere ältesten
Flussnamen', which I've uploaded too.
