You know, after writing my message, I realized that I had ignored such
cases, and thought that maybe I should correct it, but I thought that
I had corrected enough messages, and I figured that cybalist readers
would understand the gist of what I was saying, which was that English
speakers do not have long consonants _within a morpheme_, unlike
Italian. In our language long consonants only exist across morpheme
boundaries. But I was wrong, your message is evidence that I should
have been more precise in my message and should have corrected it when
I realized this.
