No, I've lived in the U.S. my whole life. Interest,
reading, holidays (though not recently), and frequent
on-line interaction with Rightpondians have given me a
decent (if slightly dated) passive knowledge of British
usage and pronunciation, but I'll have to pass on this one
in favor of Richard. (There may not be any single term in
common use.)
