Olsen compares the Arcades with the Italic Ursentini, reconstructing
*h2r.tk^-n.'t- (further suffixed in the latter ethnonym). It the *-nt-
suffix has its patronymic function here, the name means something like
'the Clan of the Bear'. If it's diminutive, they were 'the Bear Cubs',
which might amount to the same darn thing after all.
