Piotr, why not to organize the construction of such a dictionary, on
this forum, under GNU Public License or something similar...

After the discussions, on each root, you could organize a team of
writers & re-viewers etc...and a documents will be publish on the
File Section

For sure some good organziations rules should be put in place either
for the book structure and/or for the working process
BUT I don't think not to have volunteers here...

I would be one of them (of course if I could help)
