What kind of spatial delimitation do you expect from a trading people?
Future linguists, if they are restricted to only linguistic means,
will refuse to consider the possibility that the descendants of all
those English place names once belonged to the same language.
Too non-contiguous.

As for temporal: the age of the Urnfeld cultures.
