Except it ain't gonna stop at $700,0000,000,000, and it already surpassed that with the AIG bailout. Remember this a world problem and given that Ol' George never admits a mistake, if he can't blame it on the Democrats, he'll blame on all you Euro-slackers who instead of propping up the dollar like loyal flunkies, used your new found wealth to live high on the hog and spent your idle time on Cybalist instead of coming up with new ways to save the USA.
