Tawagalawas appears in the Tawagalawas letter, and is mentioned as the
brother of the Great King of Ahhiyawa - Polynices?
Kádmos (according to Latacz) is mentioned in a letter found at Thebes
from the King of Ahhiyawa to the King of the Hittites; he is given as
one of the King's forebears.

So what ?
Zeus, Poseidon and Apollon are also claimed as forebears.
It does not make them real historical characters.
I suppose it's not "one of" the king's forebears,
but the oldest.
