No. Occasionally is not all the time, and the odd word or
two is not a long list.

Check your facts: it's both. 'Judgment' has been preferred
in the U.S. since Noah Webster, but 'judgement' is also
quite common here and has been the more common of the two in
England. I prefer to follow the pattern of <arrangement>,
<acknowledgement>, etc.
