I think you misunderstood. The reason I searched for 'vandal' is that
that way I would find any mention of loans from Vandalian in the
texts. There wasn't any.

I see. There are some IE words in N Africa and logically most of them (nearly all?) are from Romance, Latin and Greek but if Hubschmid et al. don't mention Germanic or Vandalic, then it's a huge job to find them.
