According to <http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Vandals>:

Jordanes refers to Vandals as Gothic (East Germanic)
speakers, and name etymologies support the notion of
Vandalic being near related to Gothic.

I have not attempted to verify the first assertion, but the
second is clearly correct. There are also two very short
passages that may be Vandalic, though it's also possible
that they are Gothic.
