Varuna and the Hittite Bogazkoy treaty

My apologies for beating a dead horse.... but I have looked back
through the archives and am still at a loss as to whether the
infamous Ouranos - Varuna connection is viewed as valid.

In a treaty between the Hittites and the Mitanni (between
Suppiluliuma and Matiwaza, ca. 1380 BC), the deities Mitra, Varuna,
Indra, and Nasatya (Ashvins) are invoked:

From one website
www.geocities.com/farfarer2001/hittite_letters/suppiluliuma_shattiwaza
_treaty.htm .......... the name 'Arunasil' is used.

Elsewhere in "The Indo-Aryans of Ancient South Asia: Language,
Material Culture and Ethnicity" (chapter 12)
...and in...
"The Indo-Aryan Controversy: Evidence and Inference in Indian
History" By Edwin Bryant, Laurie L. Patton
-- Both books use the same terms as: Indara , Mitrasil , Nasatianna ,
and Uruvanassil

Lastly in "Israel Oriental Studies: Concepts of the Other in Near
Eastern" By Ithamar Gruenwald, Ilai Alon, Itamar Singer... the terms
are given as: Mitrasil, Uruwanassil , Indra , Nasat(tiyan)na ,

So, given that I cannot read the original and so do not know which of
the terms is most accurate ( Uruwanassil , Uruvanassil , Arunasil );
I come begging you good folk - do these terms in any way confirm a
linguistic connection between Varuna and Ouranos ??

As always, I greatly appreciate your help!
