I've heard that Eastern Ukraine is largely Russian speaking. Would a
Ukrainian Russian accent be different from a Russian Russian accent?
I've also heard that in Russia there are (or were) differences
involving vowel qualities and stress. How can a 'w' be wobbly, anyways?
