*xoditi "to walk" < PIE *sod-/*sed- (cf. Greek hODOS, hODEUW)

*xold-InU "cold", cognate to Lith. s^a'ltas "cold", s^a'lti "to
freeze" (< PIE k'-).

But mostly the anlaut *x- < *sk- (*ks-), afaik.
