I give Mandarin chinese + Baxter reconstructions

Among the intriguing words, you have :
bai2 "bright" < *brak
Cf. bhreHk-
Starostin bra:k

pei1 "foetus" < *phry (y = delabialised u)
Cf. *bher > *bhoru "that which is born(e)"
Cited in Starostin but without reconstruction
y in Baxter is in my opinion an previous *u.
cf. *mryk = *(w-)rugh- "cereal"

These words are not supposed to be (IE) LWs
but they definitely have an IE outlook.
They must have been borrowed before - 1 200 BC
as they are undetected LWs.

As you can see
bh has two representatives : b or ph
this suggests there have been at least two givers or two periods of
borrowing.

I would vote for *bra(:)k being Tocharian and *phru being Indic.
