Strange. I though he was saying just what he wrote: "Indo-Aryan and
Dravidian languages have had common parents".

That relative might be Nostratic or something earlier.

You carefully avoided saying whether you believe PIE and Dravidian are
ultimately genetically related, no matter how distant.
