I am not a teacher, and if you check a map of Nevada you shall
see that Pahrump isn't large enough to have an inner city.

Although, I would consider teaching inner-city children rather
noble, and it's very telling that you yourself find it instead
something to spit upon.

It's a good thing, I think, that you are _nobody's_ teacher.
