It's *widHu-, not 'widsu', and if anything like 'wissu'
had ever really developed out of it, it could have only
taken place outside the sequence of changes leading from
P.I.E. to Proto-Indo-Aryan, wherein *widHu- would have
remained *widHu- from beginning to end. This means that
any change of *s to *s^ in this hypothetical word would
be unrelated to the RUKI changes affecting Indo-Iranian,
which worked on the Satem reflexes of P.I.E. *s and *[z],
not *dh.

You also appear to have a plain velar in your *selika:-,
whereas the Satem changes involved in my question worked
on Satem reflexes of the palato-velars alone.

None at all, but then I wasn't looking for one.
